DISASTER ADAPTION PLANS - How Landowner rights are being eroded or completely removed

What is a Disaster Adaption Plan?
Disaster Adaption Plans are being implemented around the world as part of a United Nations push to control land, even privately owned land, under the guise of protecting citizens from future "climate related hazards." Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? The word "protection."

But it is an insidious movement designed to force people into cities, where they are more easily controlled by directing public infrastructure into the hands of private entities. If it wasn't for Kate Mason's very informative video, which a friend put me onto today, I certainly would never have heard of it! She explains  here

"Whatever country is your home, disaster adaption is a global agenda channeled down through the United Nations. If your country signed the Sendai Framework 2015-2030, your country is bound to create climate adaption plans. The adaption plans are manufactured through the United Nations Environment Programme. These plans have serious implications for private property ownership, as well as for people to live where they wish in their own country. Infrastructure will be privatised, and assets will incrementally be owned by corporate entities. In this video I unpack a few of the NSW and Australian Federal government documents outlining the plans. The vast majority of Australian’s have no idea these plans are in motion."

It's deception, on a grand scale
If an authority wants to control you, all they have to do is say, "It's for your own safety." It's the oldest trick in the book! People who choose to live on the land, close to nature, do so because they not only accept the inherent risks, but prefer them to the risks of living in crowded urban environments, which also have inherent risks. Living on the land has so many benefits, both physical and psychological and it is up to the individual citizen to decide where they want to live. Not Governments! But now laws are being drawn up and passed that allow governments to act, without your consent. If you refuse to leave your land, they will simply take it by force and then sell it. This is what is already in place in NSW.

Higher insurance premiums will push people back into cities
Another way to move people off the land, (where, heavens above, they might actually feed themselves and be independent), is to increase insurance premiums to such an extent that no one can afford it. If they will insure you at all. They do this by deciding that the natural hazards of your area are too great and that you should not be allowed to continue living there, for your own safety. (there it is again).

Global housing crisis
This is a manufactured crisis, created by mass migration and a failure by many countries to secure their borders. The proposed solution to this 'crisis' is to provide high density housing in cities and satellite cities, cramming humans in high tower block residences, like caged  animals. And that always ends well, doesn't it? A situation no human would gladly choose if given a choice. We must resist these laws! But how?

Kate's substack on this subject here
Kate advocates us getting involved on a local council level. Currently councils are being asked to make their own adaption plans, to prepare for climate change disasters in the future, which is based, of course, on the most extreme and disastrous climate change modelling scenarios. It's fear mongering! And it's wrong.

Some questions:
Who is going to own the assets?
Who is going to own the infrastructure?
What is the climate modelling being used?
Who are the stakeholders?

Your Submissions
If you put in a submission to your local council or state, write it yourself, in a word document. DO NOT FILL IN THE SURVEY PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, which limits your responses and expressions of concern, forcing you into categories and language of their choosing, which, ultimately, allows them to justify what they are doing. Find out the relevant minister or authority and email directly to them. You could even send a physical letter too.

Beware Community Consultation Controls!
If you go along to community consultation sessions, (that is, it you find out about them in time), you may be forced to input your questions through your mobile phone, through their app, which stymies your opinions and concerns by funneling your voice through their washing process; meaning they only have to respond to questions which fit their parameters.

How do we fight this?
Unfortunately, we now find ourselves in the situation where we have to be vigilant, sharing information with each other as quickly as possible, because governments, at all levels, don't actually want us to know what they are planning. You never see TV adverts for this stuff. You never hear radio ads for community consultation meetings. You don't see ads in newspapers alerting you to these sessions. It's happening - we just don't know about it until it's either too late or the rules have changed and we no longer have a voice to counter it.

Stay connected to community groups, facebook groups, instagram groups and keep talking about this! It's the only way we can preserve our way of life.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION MEETING regarding renwable Energy Zone Burnie Tasmania

This Sunday, independent MP Craig Garland is convening a public meeting for residents and those interested in the current proposal for a mega wind farm for Northwest Tasmania. The wind farm is proposed for one of 5 Renewable Energy Zones, called REZ. The relevant Tasmanian Government website RECfit announced in July 2024 their intention to establish these zones throughout Tasmania, including one in Bass Strait, off the north coast of our island.   The problem? Despite the community requesting more detailed information about these proposals, in order to properly assess whether they actually  want them in the area, the Tasmanian Government, represented by minister Nick Duigan, has refused to meet with the community to discuss and answer their many valid questions.    Northwest Energy Impacts Independent MP and Braddon electorate representative Craig Garland has stepped up. On Sunday he will provide a venue for people living in and near the proposed zone. The meeting w...

More blackout events due to Wind Farm generated power supply

source  Here are some links to several recent articles. Interestingly, the usually biased, left-leaning ABC has had to report on these failures. South Australia has had catastrophic failures, which have a huge impact upon the community and vital services. With the insistence upon phasing out coal and gas (which are highly efficient immediate sources that can instantly support the grid. Called 'spinning reserve'), the renewable energy sources are proving unreliable: AEMO releases final report into SA blackout, blames wind farm settings for state-wide power failure https://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-03-28/wind-farm-settings-to-blame-for-sa-blackout-aemo-says/8389920   Renewable energy mix played role in SA blackout, third AEMO report confirms https://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-12-13/renewable-energy-mix-played-role-in-sa-blackout/8111184   AEMO says wind farm responded “as designed” in Victoria storms as conservatives pile into renewables https://reneweconomy.com.a...

All over the world Wind Farms are being DECOMMISSIONED

Wind farms. Such a nice sounding term, isn't it? Farm. Conjures up images of lush pasture, wooden fences and happy animals. But these developments are NOT farms. They are corporate projects, to make money and keep the mining industry booming. Farms, when they're done properly, work with nature, instead of destroying it. A wind turbine seems such a passive thing, doesn't it? Just standing there, spinning, letting the wind blow through it's blades. For free. But nothing is free. Something always pays the price. And this case its the environment, the planet and it's people. You could almost understand the greed behind it if they were supremely efficient machines, rewarding investment with megabucks returns, but all over the world wind farm operators are going out of business, especially when the government subsidies dry up. Take Denmark, for example.  Decouple Media have put up a very informative video: Denmark moving away from wind energy   Here is the blurb: Denmark...
