What is a Disaster Adaption Plan? Disaster Adaption Plans are being implemented around the world as part of a United Nations push to control land, even privately owned land, under the guise of protecting citizens from future "climate related hazards." Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? The word "protection."   But it is an insidious movement designed to force people into cities, where they are more easily controlled by directing public infrastructure into the hands of private entities.
